Well the pressure was on and A-1 Creative performed beyond expectations as your West Allis management team produced another outstanding effort in support of a major order for our large customer. As you know, we've spent significant premium dollars to assure components from Asia were to you on time.  With the holidays I was concerned that we'd be a day or two behind.

Not only did your team assure us they'd work the holiday weekend if necessary, but they did the impossible in that they delivered a day early with great planning and execution.  You have a satisfied customer and so do we.

This is another classic example of the tremendous support your company provides to Golden Books Publishing Company.  Over the past fifteen plus years, you have consistently provided service and quality that places your company above other contract packagers in the business and certainly maintains your status as a primary supplier to us.
