Now that the rush of the holidays and busy packout season has ended, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your personnel for making the move of the Renewal packaging to your facility a success. The cooperative efforts of personnel at Creative, Plastic Inqenuity and our Madison plant engineering department made for a smooth transition.
You and your staff responded to our needs in a timely manner so we were able to meet the needs of our customers. You worked well with us during the battery shortages and did whatever it took to meet the schedules we provided you - sometimes in very short lead-time. You also handled the installation and startup of our equipment at your facility in an efficient manner.
